BregazziJones – Ignite Your Uniqueness
Effective from: 1st July 2025
By booking and engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to create clarity, mutual respect, and a smooth experience for everyone involved.
1. Services
BregazziJones offers coaching, holistic therapies, energy healing, and personal development services. These are designed to support your wellbeing, self-discovery, and transformation. Our work is not a replacement for Medical or Psychological or Counselling care.
- Karen Bregazzi & Samantha Jones strives to offer the best possible service, treatment, and makes no claims regarding the outcome of any session.
- BregazziJones does not claim to cure.
- Services provided are not a substitute for Medical or Psychological or Counselling. If you are under medical or psychological care, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any of the services provided.
- BregazziJones is fully insured and a proud member of professional associations that follow strict ethical and operational guidelines. In some cases, due to these guidelines, we may not be able to provide treatment, but rest assured, we will do our best to refer you to a trusted colleague who can help.
All Modalities will require either a Medical or Clarity Form to be completed by the client before their initial session to ensure a safe, effective, and tailored experience. All required information is communicated via email.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance via email, phone, or our website.
- Payment is required in full prior to the session, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal.
- Packages or programmes must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.
- To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a 20% holding deposit. This helps us hold the space just for you. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee unless due to emergency or exceptional circumstances.
- Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
- Fee is non-refundable.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. However, should a genuine emergency arise, We will endeavour to offer you an alternative appointment, that is suitable for you.
- If the client fails to provide 24 hours' notice, as with any business, the session will not be rescheduled.
- Should any rescheduling or changes be required, please WhatsApp us on +447967235273
- If the consultant needs to reschedule the session, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative time will be arranged.
- Refunds on packages or courses are considered case by case, minus any sessions used and admin fees.
5. Confidentiality
- All sessions are held in strict confidence.
- Information will only be shared if required by law or if there is risk of harm to self or others.
- We adhere to GDPR guidelines (see our Privacy Policy for details).
6. Client Responsibility
- Our work is collaborative. You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and personal wellbeing.
- You understand that results are unique to each individual and cannot be guaranteed.
- The client agrees to arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session to ensure timely start, whether in-person or online.
- Mobile Phones: The client agrees to have their mobile phone on silent or turned off during the session to avoid distractions. This includes removing or turning off watches connected to phones.
- Distractions: The client agrees to maintain a distraction-free environment, whether in-person or online.
7. Online & Group Work
- For online sessions, please ensure you have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
- Group spaces (e.g. workshops, courses, or circles) are confidential and respectful. Sharing of other participants’ personal stories outside the group is not permitted.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
- A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour
- We believe the service requested is not in the client’s best interest or beyond our scope of practice
9. Intellectual Property
All content shared (documents, tools, recordings, course materials) is the property of BregazziJones and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
10. Space and Practitioner Cleanliness Agreement:
As practitioners, we commit to ensuring that both the treatment space and ourselves are energetically cleansed before your session. This helps create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment, free from any lingering energies or outside influences. We also remove all distractions, so that our full presence and attention are dedicated to you and your session.
11. Contact Information:
BregazziJones strives to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Please note that messages received after 8pm will be addressed the following day, if it is a Friday will be the Monday. For questions, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp or email.
If you'd like to speak with us directly, please book a discovery call. During busy times, our response may occasionally be a little longer, and we truly appreciate your patience. You mean a lot to us, and we will always do my best to get back to you and assist however we can.
